NOT ANOTHER PRODUCT respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, and what your rights are under Egyptian law.
What we collect
To process and deliver your order, we collect your name, delivery address, phone number, and email address. If you contact us — including through the "Talk to us" page — we collect whatever you choose to tell us.
We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payments are handled directly by Paymob, our licensed payment processor, and by Cash on Delivery through our courier for orders that choose that option.
Why we collect it
Only to do what's needed to serve you: process your order, arrange delivery through our courier (Bosta), confirm payment through Paymob, and respond if you contact us. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with marketing companies.
No mailing list
Providing your email through our "Talk to us" page is used only to reply to what you've told us — never added to a mailing list or used for promotional emails. The only emails you'll receive from purchasing are ones about your actual order (confirmation, shipping, delivery).
Who we share it with
Only the people who need it to get your order to you: Shopify, who hosts this store; Paymob, who processes payment; and Bosta, our delivery courier. Each only receives what they need to do their part.
Where your data is stored
Our store runs on Shopify's platform, which stores data on servers outside Egypt. This is standard for how online stores operate, and we only work with providers who maintain appropriate security standards for this.
Your rights under Egyptian law
Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020), you have the right to:
- Know what personal data we hold about you
- Request a copy of it
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- Withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your data, except where we're required to keep it (for example, for tax and accounting records)
- Be informed if a data breach affects your personal information

Cookies
Our store uses essential cookies needed for the site and checkout to work properly (for example, keeping items in your cart). We don't use cookies for advertising or tracking you across other websites.
How long we keep your data
We keep your information only as long as needed to fulfil your order, respond to you, or meet our legal obligations — for example, Egyptian tax and accounting record-keeping requirements.
Children
Our products and this website are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
