All products are described as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.

Candle safety and liability
All candles must be used in accordance with the safety instructions included with your order and printed on the product label. NOT ANOTHER PRODUCT accepts no liability for damage, injury, or loss arising from improper use, including but not limited to: leaving a lit candle unattended, placing it near flammable materials, within reach of children or pets, or in an enclosed or unventilated space. By purchasing, you confirm that you have read and will follow all safety instructions provided.

Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued. Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. NOT ANOTHER PRODUCT is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been handed over.

Liability
